Grafen Genius glue 290 ml

Grafen Genius glue 290 ml

Grafen Genius Glue is a one-component, versatile hybrid glue characterized by a very high strength of pre-bonding (it already holds in 5 seconds, with a force of up to over 330 kg per m2). Excellent adhesion to all construction substrates. Odorless, does not contain solvents, isocyanates and silicones. Resistant to many chemicals. Durable for a very wide range of temperatures after hardening from -40˚C to + 90˚C. Elastic, dense consistency is ideally suited to the stresses occurring in the combined materials. Excellent pre-adhesion allows fixing without supporting glued elements. The joint after hardening can be painted (also with water-based paints). The connection is durable, completely resistant to changing weather conditions. GRAFEN GENIUS GLUE sticks practically all building materials, has excellent adhesion to: wood, metal, concrete, glass, brick, ceramics, natural stone, sandstone, granite, steel, plaster, marble, clinker, glaze, polyurethane, MDF, OSB, boards chipboard, plaster, most plastics.

Application:

The surface on which the glue is to be applied should be clean, free from dust, grease, rust and other substances that impair adhesion. Before starting work, the remains of the old adhesive should be removed. Before using the product, it is recommended to perform an adhesion test on the substrate used. The adhesive does not require a primer, however, on specific surfaces it may be necessary to use it.

Directions for use:

Cut off the tip of the cartridge leaving part of the thread. Put the applicator on the thread. Apply using hand guns (preferably dense masses) or pneumatic guns. Apply adhesive spots or bands to the material to be bonded, leaving room for ventilation and spread it thoroughly. The surface should be joined and pressed firmly. The thickness of the weld should be at least 2-3mm. The final strength of the joint is achieved depending on the thickness of the application and the prevailing conditions from 1 to 7 days. The laying of the stuck material can be improved only by moving (without peeling) the joined surfaces. The adhesive cures by reacting with moisture from the air, therefore connections should be made under conditions that allow air access. After use, wipe the tools with a paper towel and wash with solvent. Use plastic or stainless steel tools.
