FOAM

FOAM MONTAGE

Can be used to fill gaps, noise and heat insulation. Thanks to excellent insulating properties, it is widely used in the assembly and finishing works.

Application:

  • Installation of door and window profile.
  • Sealing and insulation work partition walls, parapet
    stair treads.
  • Filling gaps and insulation of pipe culverts.
  • Insulating
    roofs, walls and ceiling joints.
  • Joining and sealing in framework constructions.
  • Thermal insulation of central heating system components and plumbing & sewerage installations.
  • Sealing of cooling systems.
  • Roofs thermal insulation.

Technical specifications: Curing takes place between 2 to 4 hours. Then the foam can be cut, cleaned and painted. It can be used on all types of building materials except silicon, Teflon, polyethylene and polypropylene. It is resistant to all weather conditions, sea water, steam and moisture.

How to use: Application surface must be clean and free from grease and loose dirt. Thoroughly moisten the surface with water before applying the foam. Use upside down. The container must be kept at room temperature. Before use, shake the can strongly approximately 30 times. After inserting the gun, adjust the nozzle or mount the hose. Fill the application area with foam starting from bottom with zigzag motion (from wall to wall), filling partially (approx. 70% of space / volume) to allow for the expansion process. Single foam layer
should not be thicker than 3 cm. Deep gaps should be filled with the foam as a layers. When fully cured, remove excess foam using a sharp knife, and secure the foam against UV lights, e.g. with silicone, plaster, etc. Clean the gun and hose with GRAFEN PROFESIONAL PU FOAMS CLEANER.

Store in a dry, cold place and in closed containers at temperatures between +5°C and +25°C.

Expiration date: 12 months from date of manufacture.
Packaging: 750 ml.

FOAM LOWEXPANSION GUN

FIRE RESISTANT POLYURETHANE FOAM

Fire resistant (DIN 4102-B1) one component polyurethane foam designed for mounting and sealing applications. Used for fire rating applications. Can also be used for all other foam applications.

Application: mounting PVC, wooden and aluminum window / door frames and jambs, sealing roofs, walls and ceilingsfilling and insulating cable and pipe penetration ducts, insulation of central heating, water and sewage systems, soundproofing and sealing partition walls, car bodies, boats and the like. Directions for use: Clean and degrease the working substrate. Before use, make sure that the can temperature is above zero (optimum temperature +20°C). Shake the can well (for about 30 sec.) in order to mix all the components thoroughly. Attach the applicator to the can and when applying hold the can upside down. Apply the foam from the bottom to the top of the gap. The crack should be filled up to 60% of its depth, maximum 5cm per layerers should be applied. After application each layer should be dampened with water by means of e.g. a sprayer. After curing, remove excess mechanically (e.g. with a knife). After foam is fully cured, protect it against UV radiation using e.g. plaster or paint.

Storage: Store in a dry, cold place and in closed containers at temperatures between +5°C and +25°C.

  • Expiration date: 12 months from date of manufacture.
  • Packaging: 750 ml.

PU FOAMS CLEANER

PU foam cleaner cleans foam residues and prevents clogging of the gun. For obtaining best results, clean immediately after use.

Application:

  • Cleaning foam gun.
  • Removing uncured foam.
  • Surface cleaning and degreasing.

How to use. Surface cleaning: Insert the valve into the box valve. Spray on the dirt intended to be removed. Wipe with a dry cloth.

Cleaning the gun: Remove the gun from the box. Pull the gun trigger to clear out the remaining foam. Spray cleaning preparation to the gun and box valve. Mount the gun to cleaner box, press and hold the gun trigger for a couple of minutes. Repeat this process until the gun
is completely clean of foam or clean foam comes out.

Store: Store in a dry, cold place and in closed containers at temperatures between +5°C and +25°C.

  • Expiration date: 12 months from date of manufacture.
  • Packaging: 500 ml.
